1. Who we are
This policy explains how Chaubandi Boutique collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit chaubandiboutique.com or buy from us. We are a clothing store based at 177 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02474, United States, and we are the party responsible for the information described here.
2. Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our systems — we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits of the card.
When you browse the site, we automatically receive technical information including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or advertisement that referred you.
If you contact us by email or phone, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and refer back to it if you write again.
3. How we use it
- To process, fulfil, ship and, where necessary, refund your order.
