Ordering

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing that day. Ready-to-wear dresses are prepared for shipment in 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces take 5–10 business days in production before they ship.

What counts as a business day?

Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States takes 4–8 business days. We ship within the United States only.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves us. We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Returns

Can I return a dress?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Full details are in our refund policy.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

We pay for the return and replace or refund it, always. That applies whether the order never arrived, arrived damaged, or was the wrong item.

Are custom pieces returnable?

Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. They are always returnable if they are defective or not as described.

What are the dresses made from?

Cotton, linen, and rayon and viscose. Each product page lists its fabric, length and colour.
